I guess that's normal for men and you can not control this. No reason to be ashamed ... it's a sign that you feel comfortable.

Ich denke, das ist bei Männern normal und man kann dies nicht steuern. Kein Grund sich zu schämen...es ist doch ein Zeichen, das man sich wohl fühlt.
